I've been going through the lighting 101 and 102 sections of the Strobist website and have tried to apply the concepts to macro bug shots. Here's a recent favorite. Taken with a K10d, sigma 105mm macro at 1/180 f11 Flash above camera left at 1/32 power.
I shoot and edit documentaries for a living. I take pictures for a hobby. This is a collection of mostly shots of bugs taken with either my Ricoh GX-100 or my Pentax DSLR. Click on the photos to see a larger version. Thanks for looking.
